What are Space Jam sneakers worth? The old Jordan 11s resell for about 1.4x retail

The Jordan 9 Space Jam arrived in September, and the older Space Jams did not move. The 2016 Jordan 11 sells for about $296, the 2024 Low for about $266, and the new Jordan 9 for kids is already near retail.

Air Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam (2016): $220 retail, $296 median resale over the last 90 days (515 sales). The older Space Jams held their price when the new Jordan 9 Space Jam arrived.

Space Jam turns 30 this year, and Jordan Brand is marking it with a run of new pairs: a Jordan 9 that reached stores on September 19, with a Spizike Low and a Son of Mars Low still to come. The obvious question is what that does to the older Space Jams people already own.

We pulled every Space Jam listing from our GOAT and StockX sales: 74 listings and 2,786 sales over the last 90 days. The short answer: the older pairs did not move when the new one arrived. The 2016 Jordan 11 still sells for about $296, roughly 1.35 times its $220 retail, and the 2024 Low for about $266.

Line chart of weekly median resale price, July 6 to October 5, 2026. Jordan 11 Space Jam (2016) about $296, Jordan 11 Low Space Jam (2024) about $266, Jordan 1 Mid SE Space Jam about $118, all roughly flat, with a dashed line on September 13 where the new Jordan 9 Space Jam reaches resale.

What each Space Jam sells for now

Pair Retail (release coverage) Median sale, last 90 days Sales Times retail
Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam (2016) $220 $296 515 1.35x
Jordan 11 Retro Low Space Jam (2024) $190 $266 708 1.4x
Jordan 9 Space Jam, grade school (2026) $165 $172 397 1.04x
Jordan 1 Mid SE Space Jam (2023) $118 501

Retail prices come from release coverage, not our data, so treat them as approximate. The 2016 Jordan 11 is the one people mean when they say Space Jam, and it still sells for more than a third over retail ten years on. The 2024 Low resells for a little more than that on a lower retail price.

Did the new Jordan 9 move the old pairs?

We compared sales from August 1 to September 12, before the new Jordan 9 reached resale, with September 13 to October 6, after it. Medians moved:

Pair Change
Jordan 11 Retro Space Jam (2016) +1.7%
Jordan 11 Low Space Jam (2024) +0.4%
Jordan 1 Mid SE Space Jam (2023) 0.0%

None of these are statistically distinguishable from zero (Mann-Whitney test, Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted q of 0.78 to 0.95). In plain terms: if the anniversary was lifting the older pairs, the sales do not show it yet. Looking over a longer span, the 2016 Jordan 11 has actually come down: its median was $370 in the year ending October 2025 and $327 in the year since.

The new Jordan 9 started high, then settled

The grade-school Jordan 9 had 163 sales in its first full week, at a median of $189. The next week the median dropped to $164, and it has sat between $164 and $167 since, close to the $165 retail. Launch-week buyers paid more, and then supply caught up. We only have the grade-school size run so far, so this says nothing about the men's pair.

Two pairs have no sales yet

The Spizike Low and the Son of Mars Low have no sales in our data, so there is nothing to report on them. We will update this page when they have enough sales to measure.

What it means

Space Jam resale is steady. The pairs most people want, the 2016 and 2024 Jordan 11s, trade at 1.35 to 1.4 times retail and did not react to the anniversary release. The one pair with real price movement was the new Jordan 9, and that was a launch-week spike that faded within seven days. These are past sales, not a forecast. You can look up any pair in our price checker or browse the Jordan 11 page.

How we measured this

Methodology: GOAT and StockX resale sales recorded by SneakerPulse, whole UTC days through October 6, 2026, USD. Each pair combines the StockX and GOAT listings of the same shoe. Last-90-day medians (July 9 to October 6) with distribution-free 95% intervals: Jordan 11 2016 $296 [$290, $299], n = 515; Jordan 11 Low 2024 $266 [$262, $269], n = 708; Jordan 1 Mid SE $118 [$117, $119], n = 501; Jordan 9 GS 2026 $172 [$170, $176], n = 397. Before/after comparison: August 1 to September 12 against September 13 to October 6, Mann-Whitney test with Benjamini-Hochberg correction across three pairs. Jordan 11 yearly medians: $370 (Oct 2024 to Oct 2025, StockX data starts Oct 24, 2024), $327 (Oct 2025 to Oct 2026). Retail prices and release dates come from release coverage (Sneaker News, Nice Kicks, Complex), not from our sales data. Weekly chart points use weeks with at least 20 sales.
