Bad Bunny x adidas resale prices: the 2026 pairs sell 30% to 42% under their first two weeks
The BadBo 1.0 'Resilience' went from a $234 median in its first two weeks on StockX to $138. The new Gazelle Indoor 'Solar Gold' sold for $152 in its first full week and $130 in its second. One 2025 pair went the other way.

A new Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle Indoor, the 'Solar Gold', is in this week's release coverage, and the question that follows every one of his pairs is already being asked: does it hold its price, or is the first week the peak?
We cannot answer that for a shoe with three weeks of sales. We can answer it for the pairs that came before. The short version: his 2026 releases now sell 30% to 42% below what they fetched in their first two weeks, the Solar Gold dropped $22 between its first full week and its second, and the one recent pair that climbed instead is a Gazelle from 2025.

Three 2026 pairs lost a third or more
Take the BadBo 1.0 'Resilience'. In its first 14 days on StockX (January 30 to February 12, 2026) it sold 1,385 times at a median $234. Over the latest 60 days the same listing sold 121 times at a median $138. That is 41% lower, and the 95% interval, the range the true gap most likely sits in, runs from 39% to 44% lower.
Those first two weeks were not ordinary ones. They include his Super Bowl halftime show on February 8, 2026, and what the Super Bowl did to his adidas sneakers was a two-week sales surge that then faded. So part of the Resilience's fall is a halftime peak wearing off.
The BadBo 1.0 'Rise' first sold on March 6, after that surge, and followed the same path anyway: $224 across its first 25 sales, $129 now (105 sales), 42% lower. The Ballerina 'Flamboyan' went from $193 (91 sales, April 25 to May 8) to $135 (437 sales), 30% lower.
All three gaps survive our correction for testing 30 things at once (q < 0.001 each, where q is the chance a gap this size is a fluke after that correction). A first-weeks slide is normal for almost any new sneaker: across thousands of releases the same shoe typically sold 14.4% lower twelve weeks after release. These three are down two to three times that, measured over a longer stretch.
Three of the four Bad Bunny pairs we could follow from their first sale now sell 30% to 42% under their first two weeks.
The Solar Gold started the same way
The Gazelle Indoor 'Solar Gold' has 134 StockX sales (first on September 25) and 86 on GOAT (first on September 15). Two full weeks are enough to compare with each other, not enough to call a trend.
| Gazelle Indoor 'Solar Gold', weekly median | StockX | GOAT |
|---|---|---|
| Week of September 28 | $152 (46 sales) | $188.50 (36) |
| Week of October 5 | $130 (83) | $158.50 (38) |
| Change | -14% [-18%, -9%] | -16% [-25%, -9%] |
Both drops are statistically real (q < 0.001). GOAT ran $36.50 above StockX in the first of those weeks and $28.50 in the second. Whether the price keeps falling, settles or turns is not something two weeks can show.
The Cabo Rojo is the exception
The Gazelle Indoor 'Cabo Rojo' from summer 2025 is the fourth pair we could follow from its first sale, and it went the other way. First 14 days on StockX (June 29 to July 12, 2025): $149 across 86 sales. Latest 60 days: $187 across 113 sales, 26% higher (14% to 31%, q < 0.001).
It did not climb in a straight line. Against the same 90 days a year ago, when it was three months old and selling in the thousands, the Cabo Rojo is slightly cheaper today: $194 then, $189 now on StockX, and $188 to $174 on GOAT. It rose out of its launch weeks and has drifted since.
Older pairs split down the middle
For pairs that were already trading a year ago we compared the same 90 calendar days a year apart, same listing, same marketplace. On each marketplace 12 listings had enough sales, and on each 7 rose and 5 fell. That split is no different from a coin flip, so there is no general "Bad Bunny pairs appreciate" pattern in the record.
The individual moves are large, though.
| Same listing, year over year (StockX) | Jul-Oct 2025 | Jul-Oct 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campus 'The Last Campus' | $138 (745 sales) | $194 (105) | +41% [29%, 53%] |
| Campus Light 'Chalky Brown' | $100 (780) | $126 (123) | +26% [19%, 30%] |
| Gazelle Indoor 'Core White' (2024) | $215 (977) | $217 (196) | +1%, not significant |
| Adizero SL 72 'Brown Clear Pink' | $239 (421) | $200 (39) | -16% [-23%, -6%] |
| Response CL 'Paso Fino' | $199 (414) | $159 (163) | -20% [-23%, -16%] |
GOAT agrees on the two Campus pairs ('The Last Campus' $106 to $155, 'Chalky Brown' $85 to $121.50) and on the SL 72 ($240 to $199.50). It disagrees on the 'Paso Fino', which is flat there at $152.50 to $160: StockX came down to GOAT's price instead of both falling.
What the record shows, and what it cannot
On the Gazelle Indoor line today, the 2024 'Core White' pair sells for a median $217 on StockX over the last 90 days, the Cabo Rojo $189 and the Solar Gold $136 so far. The newest is the cheapest, which is what the first-weeks pattern above would produce on its own.
These are past sales, not a forecast, and nothing here is a reason to buy or sell. Four pairs is a small set, and the Cabo Rojo shows the pattern has exceptions. If you own one, the price checker shows what your exact pair sold for by size, the where-to-sell tool compares what each marketplace pays out, and the adidas page has the wider brand picture.
How we measured this
Methodology: completed sales on StockX and GOAT recorded by SneakerPulse, October 23, 2024 to October 13, 2026, sale prices $20 to $30,000, adult Bad Bunny x adidas sneakers only (no kids' sizes, apparel, collectibles or football boots). "First 14 days" is the first 14 days of sales in our StockX record for listings whose first sale is on or after January 15, 2025 and at least 90 days old, with 20+ sales in both windows; "latest 60 days" starts August 16, 2026. Early sales can include pairs sold before the retail release. GOAT is left out of that comparison because our GOAT history for the 2026 pairs starts after their first sales. Year over year compares July 17 to October 14 (StockX) and July 16 to October 13 (GOAT) in 2025 and 2026, 20+ sales in both. Medians; 95% intervals from 2,000 bootstrap resamples of the median ratio; Mann-Whitney tests, Benjamini-Hochberg corrected across all 30 tests (4 launch, 24 year-over-year, 2 Solar Gold weekly), significant at q < 0.05; sign tests on the 7-of-12 splits p = 0.77. StockX sales carry no size, so size mix is not controlled. Prices only: our record of recent weeks is still loading for some listings, so no sales-volume trend is reported.
