Golf sneakers mostly sell under retail
Each dot is the middle golf sneaker that month: its median resale price divided by its retail price. Above the dashed line a shoe sold for more than it cost new. The latest month (Sep 26, to Sep 16) is 0.79× retail across 14 listings.
The same shoes, a year later
The shoes we can follow fell 14% in a year. Comparing each golf sneaker with itself, July to September 2025 against July to September 2026, the median change is −14% (95% interval −24% to −8%); 28 of 35 fell (sign test p = 0.0005). Against the start of the record (Nov 2024 to Feb 2025) the median change is −7% (−11% to +5%) across 32 shoes, with 14 up and 18 down: not distinguishable from flat (p = 0.60). The year-on-year result holds after correcting for the two comparisons (Benjamini-Hochberg).

Does age change the price?
Median price ÷ retail by months since release. These are shoe-months from different shoes, so the bars describe the mix we can see and do not follow one shoe as it ages.
