Does Your Sneaker Size Cost More? Same Shoe, Different Size

Pick a model. Each size is compared with the same colorways in every other size, so a size does not look expensive just because pricier pairs happen to sell in it, and every colorway counts once, so one hype shoe cannot set the number. Real GOAT sales, last 90 days, updated daily.

Same Air Jordan 4, different size: in size 15 the typical colorway sold for 32% more than its own price across all sizes, the most of any size with 100+ comparable sales. The biggest discount was size 9, 2% less.

How this is measured

Completed GOAT sales in the last 90 days, men's pairs only (GS, PS, TD and women's releases are left out because they share size numbers). For every colorway with 20 or more sized sales we take its median across all sizes; each sale is divided by its own colorway's median, and "vs same shoe" is the median of those ratios for a size, minus 1. Only sizes with 100 or more such sales are ranked. StockX sales carry no size, so they are not used. GOAT also sells used pairs, which we cannot separate. Past sales, not a price guarantee and not financial advice.
